LIUNA Public Employees

Laborers’ Local 1322 began with Public Service members from the Department of Public Works in Cranston, RI, in the 1980s. Today, its jurisdiction covers Exeter, Foster-Gloster, Burrillville, Cranston, and Westerly counties of Rhode Island.  

Local members serve the public good as water commission employees, school bus drivers, public works employees, CNAs, parking garage employees, and tradesmen and women.

As an affiliate of the Rhode Island Laborers’ District Council, it provides a variety of benefit packages, including the Arthur E. Coia Scholarship, medical insurance, and a pension plan.

You are invited to attend our Monthly Union Meeting on the LAST Wednesday of every month.

The Monthly Union Meeting will take place on THE LAST WEDNESDAY of EVERY MONTH, beginning promptly at 6:00 PM. Please make note of this date and time, as it is essential to have your presence.

Location

The meeting will occur at our Laborers' Local 1322 Headquarters, located at 4 Sharp Drive, Cranston, RI. We kindly encourage your timely arrival to ensure a smooth start and enhance networking and camaraderie. This will give you the chance to connect with fellow members, share experiences, and strengthen the bonds of our union brotherhood.
